TERMIFILM UV+, anti-termite protection to build on a lasting base
The TERMIFILM UV+ preventive anti-termite measure forms an indispensible barrier. It prevents the termites getting into brickwork or ducts, thus avoiding buildings becoming infested and weakened.
TERMIFILM UV+ has now been in existence for over 15 years, and is still performing reliably without losing any of its effectiveness over the years. TERMIFILM UV+ technology is a real alternative to spraying (termicide molecule grafted into polyethylene). This physico-chemical solution does not represent any risk of pollution to the ground or water tables.
Modular, innovative, high-performance solutions
To allow the same level of performance to be achieved on every work site and on all types of construction system, TERMIFILM UV+ has developed a range of complementary modular products which are CTB-P+ certified (FCBA certification).
TERMIFILM UV+, film – TERMIGRANULS, granules (if the film breaks) – TERMIFUGE, paint (hard-to-get-to areas and vertical surfaces) – TERMISOX, anti-termite sleeve for specific points such as water discharge channels.
The termite law*: prevent rather than cure a real epidemic
In the departments identified in the prefectural decree as being areas at risk of termites (in dark green on the map), builders are obliged to certify the implementation of a preventive anti-termite measure such as TERMIFILM UV+ between the ground and the supporting structure.
